1. Promoter

The promoter of this Monthly Discount Draw (“the Draw”) is Alt Fashion, operating via https://www.altfashion.uk (“the Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

• The Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• One entry per person is permitted.

• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity to verify eligibility.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is made by completing the “Join our Monthly Discount Draw” form on the Alt Fashion homepage and providing a valid email address.

• Entry is only activated once the participant has successfully completed the double opt-in confirmation.

• No purchase is necessary.

• Entries must be submitted personally and must not be made via third parties or automated systems.

• Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions upon entering.

 

4. Draw Structure

• There is no overall start or end date for the Draw; it operates on an ongoing monthly basis.

• All eligible, subscribed participants are automatically included in each month’s Draw.

• One winner will be selected each calendar month.

• Each winner receives a discount code valued at a randomly selected percentage between 5% and 25%, generated at the same time the winner is selected.

 

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a single-use discount code valid only for orders over £15.

• The discount code will have an expiry date, which is provided in the congratulatory email. The expiry date will be set to 4 weeks from the date the email is sent.

• The discount code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Individuals who have successfully joined the Draw through the homepage form and completed the double opt-in process will be automatically entered every month, unless excluded under Section 7.

• One winner is selected at random from all eligible, subscribed participants each month.

• Winners will be notified via email, and the discount code will be issued directly — no response or claim is required.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

 

7. Winner Exclusion Period

• After winning, a participant will be excluded from the Draw for 4 months.

• The four-month exclusion period begins from the date the winner is selected.

• After this period, participants will be automatically re-entered into the Draw unless they have unsubscribed or requested removal.

 

8. Data Protection

• Personal data submitted during entry will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

• Data will be used solely for administering the Draw and delivering related communications, unless additional consent is provided.

 

9. Limitations of Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical, communication, system, or network errors.

• The Promoter does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or operation of the Draw and may suspend entries where necessary.

• To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Draw or use of the prize.

 

10. Amendments or Cancellation

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

• Any amendments will not materially disadvantage participants without reasonable justification.

• Any significant changes will be communicated on the Promoter’s website or via email where appropriate.

 

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
